Ordering:
To purchase a Feisol Tripod or Accessories:
1) Please send an email to:
sales@reallybigcameras.com.
2) Please include the words "New Request - Feisol Order" in the
title.
3) In the body of the email, please clearly state which products, and
how many of each you would like to purchase.
4) Also in the body of the message, please include your full name,
complete shipping address - including your ZIP Code and
phone number
This will provide the information I need to process your order and calculate the
shipping charges.
Payment:
Payment will be accepted through PayPal. With PayPal, you can pay for your purchase using an direct transfer from your bank account (for registered PayPal users), an electronic check or any major credit card.
If your item is in stock, You will be sent a PayPal invoice for the total (all items, plus shipping). If any of your items are temporarily out of stock, I will contact you with approximate availability dates and offer partial shipment of your order if appropriate.
Shipping:
Shipping to US addresses will be via Insured
Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
Shipping for international orders will be via Insured and Trackable Express Mail
International.
Shipping and insurance charges will be specified on the PayPal invoice you
receive.
When your invoice is paid your order will be shipped as promptly as possible. If
your payment is received by the close of business (5:00pm PST Monday - Friday)
your order will be shipped the next weekday morning. If your payment is received
between 5:00pm PST Friday and 5:00pm PST Sunday your order will be shipped
Monday morning. Schedule permitting, I can occasionally ship same day (for
orders received before 2:00pm PST) or on Saturday. If you need expedited
shipping, please let me know and I will contact you to discuss the options.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification from PayPal
including a tracking or delivery confirmation number for your shipment.
Estimated shipping times to most US address will be 2 - 3 days. For
international orders, the shipping times are expected to be approximately 3-5
days.

Warranty and Customer Returns:
Small Parts Damage and User Repairs: For small parts damage, the Feisol factory will ship replacement parts to customers free of charge even if it's beyond the three year warranty period. If a carbon fiber tube is damaged due to a cause other than a manufacturing defect, you will be charged the material cost for a replacement tube. All replacement parts are shipped directly from the Feisol factory to our customers and instructions are provided for user repair or replacement of the damaged or missing items.
If you purchased your Feisol product from Really Big Cameras and are uncomfortable installing replacement parts yourself, you can send your Feisol products to Really Big Cameras for minor warranty repair and replacement part installation. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the products to Really Big Cameras, and we will cover the return shipping cost for these minor warranty repairs. For non-warranty repairs, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and the cost of any replacement parts as well as the cost of labor to perform the repairs.
Three Year Manufacturer's Warranty:
All Feisol Products come with a three year manufacturer's warranty covering
defects in materials and workmanship. Within the three year warranty
period, if there is any damage or failure due to a manufacturing defect or a
parts defect, then the user will be responsible only for return shipping cost to
the Feisol factory in Taiwan. For these major warranty repairs, the
factory will cover the cost of shipping the repaired product back to the
customer. For other damages not covered under warranty, the
user is responsible for roundtrip shipping costs and for the cost of parts and
labor. All tripods requiring major service and repair have to be shipped back to
the Feisol factory in Taiwan.
At both Feisol and Really Big Cameras, we try our best to fulfill our customers' needs whether purchasing
new items or repairing old ones.
15-Day Customer Return Period:
At Really Big Cameras, we offer a 15-day no-questions-asked customer return
period on all Feisol tripods and accessories. If you are not satisfied
with your purchase for any reason, please contact
sales@reallybigcameras.com.
The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to Really Big
Cameras. If the Feisol product is returned in undamaged condition with all
original accessories and packaging materials, a full refund of the purchase
price will be issued through PayPal. If,within the 15-day return period,
the buyer wishes to exchange their purchase for a different Feisol model, the
buyer will be responsible for return shipping of the original item to Really Big
Cameras, plus the cost of shipping the new item to the buyer.
